I am completely at a loss, My 2023 Tax after I paid the invoice, was still never filed. And now my Penalties are Over $2400.00 just for being late, there reason was I didn't sign there permission form and they didn't bother to phone me Reach out or resend an email notifying to me The form needed to be signed, I only found out because I called The IRS and they told me my 2023 tax has never been filled however they were able to send me invoices which I paid for 2024 and Quick books Invoice.
