Every time I’ve had any contact with Reilly cycleworks it’s been a good experience. They’ve always been really helpful on the phone, taking extra time to help with my query. I previously bought one of their carbon seat posts and it’s great quality with a really good clamp for the saddle . Then I needed to return a saddle because it turns out it wasn’t the right size for me and there was no quibble just instantly said to send it back - really impressed.

I have never dealt with a company so focused on customer service and satisfaction, what a genuine delight it is to deal with Reilly, Chris & Phil. The bike is simply superb, but it's their desire to achieve perfection that is the main attraction. Well done Reilly, top job.
I am super happy with my new T325 Reilly titanium frame. A beautiful smooth and fast ride, feels far superior to my previous Litespeed. Reilly have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely efficient, excellent communication. Phil in particular has been great.
