One of their drivers backed into my vehicle several months ago, was promised they would replace the back window they completely shattered on my daily driver, they’ve been terrible at contacting me back and my vehicle still has no back window I trusted them to make right what they did instead of going through insurance like they asked, and there is now a foot of snow on the ground and my vehicle has NO back window because you guys shattered it.
