I have had a number of Reiki sessions with the Twins, they are easy to be with, and I have discovered that they are respectful of the way I describe my concerns. What I have discovered about Reiki is that one session can be soothing and that each subsequent session goes deeper into my tissue and mind. It is a beneficial modality for exploring yourself and can assist with understanding problems and changing the solutions which no longer work for new approaches which hold promise. I will go again.
