Having been the recipient of reiki sessions with Anu in the past, I attended her Reiki 1 course this past weekend. Anu is a gracious teacher, patient and dynamic. Her mastery of the topic and ease in communicating the way of Reiki made the class a life changing experience for me. I call the students that I met this weekend friends now. I had an amazing 180 minute Reiki session yesterday with Anu. Im so glad I did because time went by so fast. After the session i was feeling lighter, calmer, and peaceful. For the first time in a long time, I was able to sleep through the night without anxiety. The experience was truly transformative, and I could feel the energy shifts throughout the session.
