Clearly Daniel Katz is a terrible lawyer. The mediation conference was 9/4. The stipulation didn't get filed until 9/19. They forgot to file the order to go with it. That order didn't get done until 10/2. Almost a month to get a trivial filing done. You should steer clear of this lawyer.

I ended the call immediately, as it was clear that my matter would not be handled with the care and respect it deserved.
