Very good shop with great customer service. It is sad to hear the shop is going to close soon.

While they might be cheap, I've had my reid bike for two years and it's already needing to be replaced. My chain is always falling off and breaks becoming disconnected. Every time I get my bike serviced, the staff are always finding new problems like cracks in the metal of the wheel, breaks fraying and they complain about the gears being of poor quality. 1 star for poor customer service. No acknowledgement that we were there. After browsing we queried about some bikes but felt an uninviting vibe off the salesman, no smile, just real dry. We decided to go down the road to 99bikes where we had BEST SERVICE.
