I’ve had my Reid Ladies Classic Plus for about a month now and have absolutely loved it. I wanted a bike that I could use for casual rides, getting around locally and heading down to the beach, without feeling like I needed a serious road bike. If you’re looking for something comfortable, practical and cute for everyday riding, I’d definitely recommend it.
Got two bikes online and they showed up on our doorstep not even a week later. They were super easy to assemble and we’ve already been out on a few rides! Really impressed with the quality of the bikes and the team were helpful when it came to choosing the right bikes and gear.
Customer service is poor, cannot call directly and they take long to respond to calls re cancelled order. Dont expect much from them when you need assistance.
