Got two bikes online and they showed up on our doorstep not even a week later. They were super easy to assemble and we’ve already been out on a few rides! Really impressed with the quality of the bikes and the team were helpful when it came to choosing the right bikes and gear.
Customer service is poor, cannot call directly and they take long to respond to calls re cancelled order. Dont expect much from them when you need assistance.

Worst service ever DONT BUY A BIKE FROM REID CYCLES you'll never get a warranty claim settled no physical stores on online call centre to muck you around 3 months still waiting and no refund for pre-paid services!!
Recieved our brand new beautiful bike, upon unpacking, the pannier rack was deeply marked/scratched. Reached out to Reid cycles/bikesonline straight away thinking no big deal, I will send the damaged one back and they will supply another undamaged one to match the brand new bike. Well here we are 3 weeks later, they are refusing to supply anything other than a $50 gift card or a $50 refund. Multiple emails back and forth.
