The absolute worst experience today!!! Arrived around 3pm to purchase two bikes for our sons. Son was trying out the bike he liked while the RUDEST women tried to push by him to get up to a customer who had just stepped in the door. She then proceeds to push by him again and tells me and my other son who had stepped up on a platform to allow her to get by to move out of her way!!!!! Who do you think you are speaking to?? I went to reid this morning to purchase the reid sphinx fs,the woman I dealt with did not know anything about the bike and did not ride mountain bikes and just seemed really rude,so I asked to speak with someone with experience and knew something about the bike,I stood there for another 10 minutes waiting for customer support,there was no one in the shop at the time,I was still ignored so I ended up walking out without even talking to anyone,please up the service guys and gals
left with an unsafe bike. Front wheel was trued to completely hug one side of the brake and the very obvious problem was intentionally covered up the very by adjusting brake to sit very low on the wheel instead of fixing the wheel. Brakes snapped going down a hill on my way home, I nearly got hit by a truck. Also for their silver service didn't do basic things like check if my bell works or if my handlebars were straight. Not happy with service of my son bike never go thre again staff so rude don’t listen to customer
Bought reid osprey. Everything was good but found out they REALLY cheaped out on the tyres, rly didnt expect them to be this bad. The rear punctures so easily @110 psi 85kg and later the front tyre slipped when i was turning slowly on the roundabout. Never had an issue when I was back in my country using Conti GP5000. MAKE SURE TO REPLACE THEIR CHEAP TYRES. They're really unsafe.
