Worst customer service for online purchase - very rude. Bike broken upon delivery, they confirmed faulty manufacturing but wouldnt replace.
Not sure where the bad reviews came from - have been in a few times now on weekends and weekdays and great service each time. Good prices and decent bikes. Happy customer
No complaints about the bikes. Really disappointed though that I bought an Urban X1 during their "birthday sale" for $417 - all the usual slogans like "limited time" etc...... Although the discount was only 7%, that was fine as it was a good bike. Asked if they could throw in a bottle holder...Best they could do was take off $1.50! But today, after the big birthday sale, the same bike is $399 and via eBay, it is only $359. I am not concerned about the price as that's how things go. Horrible customer service. If you do want to buy here don't expect to get any help if you have a problem, just expect to be berated by their manager and customer reps! The manager of this store the rudest and most immature person I have ever had to speak to. My encounter with Reid customer service included the manager raising his voice at me after I told him the problem, constant dishonesty, and a customer rep hanging up on me. Have bought 2 bikes from these guys now, found absolutely nothing wrong with the X-trail that a Saint/ XT m8000 groupset didn't fix... ;-)
