Tom Valentino took a vacation during the 2018 tax season along with multiple visits to other clients - expect a full month to go by before getting a response. Two vacations if you count 5/23-5/30. Tom did agree to a nominal discount for lack of communication, but when I had a question about the bill it took another month for an answer. Not worth $400 for tax returns for my wife and I. Clearly has bigger priorities and I'm just a needle in a hay stack ...
