It depends on which portfolio and property manager you work under as for any chance at success in working for REI. Unfortunately I had a clueless green behind the ears boy Joe that wasn’t up to speed on P&L as how materials, parts, time and labor, correlates with that. Ryan is a tool. A complete tool to work with. He is rude, disrespectful and condescending. Would not recommend this “company”. Their site looks like a 7th grader built it.
