I went in to look at, try on and buy a garmin fenix 8 watch. I was able to find the watch display. (very small tucked under the stairs) You can't even pick up the watch from the display. The cage under the display was completely empty. This particular watch had its price written on a tiny chalkboard that looked like it had been erased a bunch. Great customer experience at REI in North Hills Raleigh. My recent experiences have been great. Today Tyler and Mike were very helpful. I had a return and purchased new cycling shoes.
Employees are very helpful. I ended up buying some new trail running shoes.
