Great recovery centre. Awesome facilities and equipment that allow you to get the best out of your body
I love Rehub and genuinely look forward to going every week. The combination of red light, HBOT, sauna and ice baths has been amazing for my skin and overall wellbeing, but honestly, I think my favourite part is the mental reset. The facilities are always so clean, calm and relaxing. It’s become my weekly reset and I always leave feeling so much better physically and mentally
8 weeks ago I ruptured my Achilles tendon and I highly recommend Rehub as a recovery program. The level of care and attention I have received from Chris and the guys has been outstanding. I have been coming in 3 or 4 times per week to use the hyperbaric oxygen tank, red light bed and cryotherapy machines. I tried to book in for a Groupon sauna and the guy was quite rude to me. He didn’t say it was a shared sauna when booking it. Not a very welcoming place and the Groupon has now expired without Service. complete waste of money.
