Have a pair of boots I purchases less then 2 months ago and the sole is splitting on the seams already. Was told they could "try and fix it" with no gaurentee. Would not replace the boot. They are not worn daily or endured any severe abuse. Im not sure if they are selling defect boots or just dont want to deal with it. I will be shopping else where from now on for boots and recommending others to do the same.
I had a great experience today. Carrie waited on me today. Clearly an extremely knowledgeable person in men's clothing and a tailor to add. I left with two complete outfits today that will be interchangeable with a lot of other clothes. Excited that I made the connection. I'll also mention that I met the owner today. Rehmann's of St Johns has a level of customer service that is unmatched by any other business. This is the type of service everyone talks about, but rarly see anymore. From the moment you walk in they are friendly and welcoming. I am always so impressed. I have been a customer with Rehmann's for many years, and will continue to visit them. First time I’ve had someone take one look at me pull out a suit that fit absolutely perfect. Highly recommend giving them a visit. Whole process took 20 minutes.
