I started going to therapy before my knee replacement surgery to help my brain be familiar with the moves, the therapist were so helpful, after surgery went back first with a walker started movements try using the bike , then concentrating on isolating movements to help strengthen and move the knee, worked with balance. Progressed to walking with a walking stick adding more core and strengthening movements, then just walked in no devices!! They worked with me as a team. Lizzie and Marissa were my therapists. They explained each new exercise and why my aching back and hips needed them. I have arthritis and I was slowing down more each day. With their help, my pain is gone more often than not. They asked me questions each visit and listened to me. With my graduation, I was reminded to continue my exercises because it is a process. I appreciated everyone from front office to my therapists. All of them were polite, attentive, and caring individuals. Thank you!
This was an approximate 6 week, twice a week visit with three different therapy personal. All of them were so helpful, caring and kind, even when the exercises were difficult at first. They were encouraging and kind. Very positive influence. I would recommend them to others. Happy place and healing is happening daily.
