REHAB ROCKS! Especially at Netawaka rehab. Amazing how a little time each week makes a big difference. Kudos to the wonderful staff and great facility. Warning, warning I'll be back!
I'm 67 and had been falling a lot. I went to RehabVisions at Netawaka. They worked with me on lower body strength, and then on upper body. They taught me how to use the machines at the Fitness Center, as well as home exercises to keep up my strength. I am amazed at how much strength and confidence I have now! I babysit my 18 mo old granddaughter so she had to go with me. Danica and Kelli were so patient with her (and me)! My granddaughter loves them and is always happy to go see them. They are great when working with scheduling. I enjoyed working on the equipment they have available. The therapists know how to get the best out of your time with them. It is close to our home which is an advantage for us
