I had a knee injury that was treated through Rehabit and am now undergoing treatment for a shoulder injury. I find all the staff at Rehabit to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Exercises are tailored to the individual after assessing your limitations and injury for treatment. Very highly recommended.
I’d been through two different physiotherapists over two years, with little progress and a lot of frustration. Then I came here and within just 10% of the time it had previously taken, I finally got the results I’d been chasing. The difference was night and day.. more effective treatment, better communication, and a real focus on getting me moving forward. I can’t recommend them enough!

I love seeing Jess Northcott for my appointments. She not only gets me motivated to move but understands when I have personal crisis’s and health issues I don’t/can’t/wont do my programs. The programs I have are tailored to my abilities and age plus take into account my asthma.
I had ankle, calf and Achilles issues i could never fix. Jess was kind and patient … she put a plan in place and now i’m better than I’ve ever been. Ive been to numerous physios, her expertise is unmatched!
