I have taken my son here for MANY years! He receives all services, Speech therapy, Occupational and Physical therapy. All services have been an amazing experience for my child. All therapist make me feel safe having my son there as I am extremely worried regarding his health w this pandemic yet they all take the protocol very seriously for everyone who enters the building. If I could give this place zero stars for their unprofessionalism, I would. Though my experiences over the phone with Miranda haven't been the most pleasant, I still chose to use Rehabilitation Station as a provider for my child's care due to their convenient location. During my daughter's first visit, her session was rudely interrupted by someone without a mask just so that she and the OT could engage in a brief and unprofessional conversation. We have been receiving therapy for our daughter from Rehabilitation Station since she was 2 weeks old. Our therapists have 100% made the difference in our daughter's life. We receive PT OT and ST every week. Our therapists are extremely flexible with our schedule and the whole office has become family to us. They make themselves available 24/7 and respond quickly to our questions. These ladies know about and care about my child enough that they advocate for her as much as we do.
