I brought my dad to the ED 1-27-24, with symptoms of a heart attack. He was taken back immediately. My family were treated great with the utmost of care and compassion. I cannot say enough about Dr Daniel Sapp! He ran every test that was available, explained every one at length, and checked on us frequently. The staff that were working during both day and evening shift were so very nice, professional, and also checked frequently. Thank you TCRH for making a very stressful situation, a more tolerable one. I would like to thank Twin County Regional Hospital for my experience as an outpatient. The OP registration lady, Pre-admission department, OP nursing department, ENDO staff, and Physician were super nice, and took time to ask and answer any questions I might have. I am very confident in the care TCRH has to offer and would recommend them highly. L.Combs

horrible service. the registration lady in the ER had a straight up attitude and was rude from the beginning. and the wait time is insane if i have to wait for 3 hours to be seen it’s not much of an emergency room.

I would like to Thank Twin County Regional Healthcare facility and staff members. All of them were very kind and helpful people. Doctor Joshua Kuhn was quick to diagnose me. I had been suffering pain in my left arm for a couple weeks till I finally decided to go seek treatment. I had Epicordlytis (medial/lateral) or tennis elbow. This is the worst excuse for a hospital I've ever seen in my life. After the experiences we've had with my father-in-law being in there, NO one in my family will EVER be going there again. I told my wife if I ever need any immediate healthcare, take me to Healing Springs Animal Hospital before she takes me to Twin County. Duke either needs to straighten this place out or close the doors.
