Our grandmother had such a positive, healing experience working with Lori, Colleen and Amy following her stroke. Her recovery was made possible by all the positive encouragement, education, and exercises both in the clinic and sent home. All three disciplines complement each other very well, helping grandma recover so she can confidently live on her own. We are so grateful we chose RIM.
I had a total knee replacement at Huron Valley Sinai on 12-11-24, and due to some unfortunate circumstances ( insurance issue, wrong contact info, holidays) found myself in a real pickle re: in- home PT, with the help of Alex the orthopedic nurse navigator, we devised a plan. Alex contacted Drs office for out-patient Rx and had me contact Veronica Gibson at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan at HVH Sinai. Hand therapy with Lori has been excellent!! She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! Staff is very friendly as well!
Just finished therapy after a hip replacement and I cannot say enough good things about the group (and "thank you" to Michelle in particular). Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, effective, communicative, supportive, good listeners. You couldn't do any better.
Thank you so much Lisa and Lori for giving me my husband back! He worked so hard, but you both knew exactly what he needed to do to get up, moving again and get back to normal! Now I can't stop him!!
