I had elbow ligament surgery and had a wonderful experience with the staff and especially OT, Denise Hendrick. She was always a true professional, very compassionate and knowledgeable. I saw her over five months multiple times a week. Her decades of certified experience really come through in her therapy modalities. She often adapted her approach for my home exercises as well as when I traveled. I highly recommend her and Rehab Associates of Stratford.
Marjohn was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was kind, courteous and very helpful all while having a smile on her face. I would definitely recommend Rehab Associates.
Denise literally left 2 stitches inside of a patients hand that she had to remove herself and then later have the surgeon cut and remove one that had fully healed over. That’s a level of unprofessionalism I cannot fathom. How do you forget to remove all the stitches from a persons surgical site when it’s your job.
Pleasant people all around, will be having my evaluation with them soon.
My PT Bill was the best. He helped me so much and I am forever greatful.
