I’ve been training with them for three years now, and the coaches are incredibly professional and friendly. Jerome has been instrumental in my recovery from tennis elbow and back injuries, and he’s done an excellent job enhancing my strength and encouraging a healthier diet. They’ve just relocated to this new space and added some fantastic new equipment!
Jerome helped me recover from a disc herniation. His expertise and care reduced my pain and got me back to exercising safely. Highly recommend him for his knowledge and great results!
Space is clean; trainers are friendly and professional.
