I see Monika once a month for maintenance MLD. She’s the best in Bristol.
I’ve been going for MLD treatment for a while now and monika is great. Very friendly, professional and good at what she does! Every session she tailors the treatment to what my body needs that time which I appreciate. It’s made a huge difference to my body and the pains I get in my body. I always book the bundle but prices are fair to be honest and I think this will always be apart of my life routine just as a management of the fluids that build up in my limbs. I would definitely recommend.

I had no idea what TECAR therapy was before seeing Monika, but she recommended it for my chronic shoulder pain and tightness, and it’s been life changing. After just three sessions of TECAR and trigger point massage, my shoulders feel back to normal. I’m sleeping better, feeling less anxious, and finally pain free. Monika is so lovely and takes the time to explain everything. I can’t recommend her enough!
I have used the tecar therapy machine for chronic pain in my back and elbow and can honestly say it really works, the improvement with the pain in both areas is so much better. I have also had a few sessions with the skin tightening therapy which also shows great results. Thanks
