I have had 5 sessions of Tecar therapy with Monika so far, and I’m really pleased with the results. I had an emergency c-section after a twin pregnancy, and as a result was left with lots of very deep red stretch marks and a large scar. After only 5 sessions, the stretch marks have faded a lot, and the loose skin on my stomach has tightened up, and the cesarean pooch has shrunk. I've been having trigger point massage with Monika for over a year now as I have lupus and fibromyalgia. So I will often have low level muscle and joint pain all over. The massages are always excellent and help with my pain management. I have been going to Rehab and heal for just over 2 years. I had a tummy tuck in Dec 22 and started having lymphatic drainage massages by Monika. I then mixed it up with having combined massages. Monika has recently invested in an amazing machine that I have had a few treatments on already which have given fabulous results already. I cannot recommend Monika highly enough! As recommended by my Harley street surgeon, I was looking for post-surgery Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage in Bristol for fibrosis and I came across Monika's website. Monika is very knowledgeable . I have only had two appointments but already feel improvement in my sciatica and knee pain. 2 years later, i am still a customer of Monka's.
