Excellent care from the nurses, nurses aides, therapists, doctors, business office, admins and the reception staff. Nurses and doctors displayed good bedside manner. I don’t share this information lightly. My mother was at Rehab First for about 1.5 months. I was there every single day, all day and I was able to observe the entire staff during this time. Awful for the patients bcoz the staff is rude to sick and elderly patients. Inexperienced staff, inept, non professional! Do not allow your loved ones to this dungeon!!! They may die here!!!
Personnel have a few bad apples. Most were good just a few that need bedside training techniques.
Lack of supervision. Just found out that they were giving my Mom pain meds that she didn’t request. Makes the night easy for them if they drug the patients. She is left alone with no water without any attention to her comfort. Rehab schedules are Willy Nilly with no consideration for the patient. Unfortunately this place is no worse than other facilities in Montgomery. It is a shame the bar is set so low
