Rehab First was the most chaotic healthcare provider I’ve ever dealt with. Reports were consistently delayed, communication was poor, and even basic requests often turned into arguments. When I pointed out that they were being paid for their services, the secretary replied, “Well, your insurance pays us, not you.” That comment summed up the entitled attitude I experienced. TLDR; I asked a question about my quote vs my invoice, they didn't respond, then I was later sent a bill with interest by a different person. Also, they were not accommodating with work insurance billing structure. I received some Occupational Therapy and I was on vacation when the bill arrived. I am very pleased and can't thank enough to the whole rehab team that helped me recover. I would especially like to shout out to Janki Satyapanthi, Physiotherapist who is very professional, punctual and has great knowledge about physiotherapy. I would surely recommend her and rehab first to anyone who needs in home services to recover and feel better.
I’ve called Twice for assistance in the last month and a half. People took down my info and told me someone would get back to me and they haven’t. Even left two voicemails for a manager to call me back and they haven’t. They’re in the business of helping people ???
