Our son has been coming to Rehab First for several years. He has made huge gains here. The staff and equipment is excellent. And as a mom of a child with special needs, this place offers a positive environment where the possibilities are endless.

Rehab First was the most chaotic healthcare provider I’ve ever dealt with. Reports were consistently delayed, communication was poor, and even basic requests often turned into arguments. When I pointed out that they were being paid for their services, the secretary replied, “Well, your insurance pays us, not you.” That comment summed up the entitled attitude I experienced.
