For those of you that have had nerve pain and had to deal with it every day for numerous months then you will appreciate this. I was working with my doctors trying to resolve an issue. Mark Rutledge at Rehab Carolina is a great Physical Therapist! He has really helped my shoulder. I had three cortisone shots and was headed to surgery but after working with Mark I am doing much better. The pain is almost gone and I won't be needing the surgery. Thanks Mark!
I went to Rehab Carolina after dealing with neck pain from degenerative disk disease and a minor injury. After a few months of stretching and strength building my pain is completely gone, and I got my flexibility back too.
