I highly recommend Mark Rutledge and the whole team at Rehab Carolina, Mount Pleasant. I started working with Mark before my rotator cuff surgery and have continued through post-surgery rehab. So far I this place is maybe average. Mostly I just hear the staff talk in and in about holiday movies, sports, trivia, and complain about the Dr next door (not your business at all!!!). Spend over an hour here for traction only and if show up on time 15 Min is waiting. I’m always overbooked. So just come 10 min late and spend less time waiting.
