One of the best therapy places I have been to ms Lenny and ms kiesha not only took time to understand my injury but also my pain with my injury the also give good advice when it comes to moving forward after your work hardening program
I participated in the Work Hardning Program after my ankle surgery for 25 sessions. I started out 4 hours for 4 days, the 6 hours, until I reached 8 hours a day. The sessions were tailored to each individuals needs. From day one to day 25 my progress was night and day. From walking just .5 miles to 3.5 miles in 1 hour and 3 minutes daily and to eventually running 1.5 miles in 19 minutes and 10 seconds.This training has me on the cusp of passing my required PT for my job. I love the staff, I do not like that it's state funded, the equipment is out of date. We may be trying to prove that we want to go back to work... But they need latest equipment in Waldorf. More healing than just messing the body up.... Every other day is effective, as a person who has RA, the work load is cruel. And stop looking at mental videos, look at new ways to train people.
Keisha, Lenny, and Thurman is one of the best staffs to work with to get you back in shape and ready for work after an injury. The staff listens and cater to your exact needs from a physical and medical perspective. Would recommend them for anyone who's in need to get back into "working shape."
Awesome place to go to, very positive& helpful.
