I’ve been going to PT for ten months. Over the course of time, we found what has helped with my neck pain. The neck pain is caused by degenerative vertebrae discs. It was intolerable before, and now it is manageable and the pain is not as intense as it used to be. I attribute this to a combination of techniques Ben Hodges has used… exercises, massage and needling. I’ll never be 100% but it’s pretty amazing how much physical therapy has helped me.
