When I think about receiving therapy from this group of kind and professional coaches, I think of the term, "intentional hope." If all of us do our part by showing up and teaching/learning the ropes, we become a community working together to make the client able to receive some semblance of their life back. Sidnei and Matthew were a pleasure to work with. They are professional, courteous, and compassionate toward their patients. They listen to you and strive to find the best solution possible to help you strengthen your body and improve weaknesses. They work hard to help you gain as much of a life of normalcy as possible pending injuries, recoveries, etc. I am thankful for their time and energy pertaining to chronic back pain.

I'd like to recognize Robin and her team in appomattox rehab. Her and Matt have done an excellent job with my shoulder and getting me back to where I can do just about anything I want to with my shoulder replacement.
