Both my daughters have been cared for by Kylie and her amazing team. One had ACL surgery and spent a year in rehab with Brodey, who was patient, encouraging and incredibly knowledgeable. He kept her motivated and helped her return to sport stronger than ever. Throughout my ACL rehabilitation, I had the opportunity to work with a range of dedicated physios and trainers who were genuinely invested in my progress every step of the way. Their knowledge, encouragement, and personalised care made a real difference in my recovery. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
Excellent facility, professional and thorough focus on individual needs with attention and encouragement. Easy to deal with and answer questions, extremely friendly. Brilliant value for money. Amazing environment, awesome and knowledgeable coaches and physios. Honestly one of the best physio-gym clinics I've been to, they're super supportive and welcoming with a comprehensive and fully tailored focus on your rehab and goals going forward. Big shout out to Eoighain, really appreciated all the effort he put into helping me out! Love this place, 100% recommend!
