After fracturing my humerus from a fall, I scheduled physical therapy at Rehab 2 Perform. Was able to be seen promptly at the Gambrills location with Patrick Engle and his intern Zach Swift. Being a former athlete and a retired professional football player I can appreciate sports performance when it comes to rehab . I feel right at home I highly recommend R2P to any athlete recovering from an injury or any civilian looking to recover from a work related injury . Thanks Coach Brent
Learned a ton about running mechanics, strengthening, recovery, how to avoid future injuries, and what to do about them. Definitely left a lot stronger than when I came in! They also helped me work through a secondary injury once I got back to running. Scheduling was easy and pretty flexible. Would definitely recommend for anyone who's serious about staying active even if your goals are modest and your injury isn't catastrophic. Thanks to Dr. Rachelle and Jack for getting me through it!!
Both of my children have had sessions at Rehab2Perform - highly recommend. Sam Curbelo is highly knowledgeable as well as makes my children comfortable. They both enjoy their time there!

She had a “let’s get to work” attitude, and it was obvious that every exercise she gave me was intentional and tailored to my specific needs. At one point, I developed a sharp pain in my stomach, and J... read more
