Rehab 2 Perform was excellent. Four months after two herniated disks left me inactive and in substantial pain, I started rehab. My physical therapist, Stephanie, was instrumental, guiding me back to Jiu-Jitsu and CrossFit in just four months with the perfect balance of encouragement and challenge.
Dr. David was amazing to work with!!! He definitely got me on the right track to taking better care of/strengthening my hips after getting out of the military!
