I went for first appointment which went well (only reason for second star). I was emailed a link to schedule more appointments. No appointments were available on the days (Wednesday and Fridays) that work best for me. I left four messages over ten days about this and got zero replies. Yesterday I left my fifth message asking to remove me from their program. Their response? Sent me another email about scheduling that included a broken link.
