Stephanie is very professional knowledgeable and compassionate. Her positive attitude motivated me to be diligent about my home exercises. The concept of rehab 2perform is easy to follow and I can practice my exercises anywhere I go with just taking a couple of bands with me. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much! for everything.
Following a foot injury, I went to Abbey for PT to be back in shape to practice my sport. She was just the absolute best and got me feeling even better than before I was injured. After completing foot rehab, I continued to go to Abbey for various nagging injuries where she helped me get back in no time. I went to Abbey for about 2 years for my back, hips, and shins. She has been so amazing and helped me go from not being able to practice my sport due to these injuries to getting ready to compete at the collegiate level. Shes extremely knowledgeable and makes sure to listen to you and come up with the best plan for you.
I've been going to Rehab 2 Perform for the last month for a hip injury. I immediately liked the extremely spacious layout. My PT, Abby has been amazing. Really knows her stuff and also has a wonderful personality! I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy and will absolutely be going there in the future!
