My planter fasciitis is better but still lagging behind. I think my knee pt could have been longer as hamstrings are so tight and right hip hurts. I see orthopedist next Monday for evaluation.
Casey Beals helped me recover from a bad ankle sprain and Achilles tendinitis. I am back to 100% thanks to him! He also provided me with the knowledge on how to continue strengthening those areas in hopes to prevent injury in the future!
My experience at this practice has been amazing. On the first phone call, Michelle was warm, friendly, and eager to do anything possible to help me with appointments and anything else I may have needed. She's the best! Then as a patient, Dr Patrick has been wonderful in helping get me back to feeling great. The PT for my knee replacement went very well with steady improvement for about 12 weeks. My knee is good to go now. Kayla provided a good balance of pushing me with the exercises, while understanding when not to push too hard. Our appointments were always on schedule. When I get the other knee replaced, I plan to come back to Rehab2Perform.
Great experience and it was so helpful in dealing with the pain in my shoulder.
