I hired Regroup Partners in late June of 2023 to renegotiate a business debt. They had no success in doing so but collected $15,898.14. The only communication was limited and by email and I highly doubt more than a few hours were spent on this file. I asked for at least a partial refund and they no longer respond since termination of my agreement on or about 10/23/2023.
