My experience with Regius has been extremely disappointing. They completely messed up my tax filing, which resulted in a $214 penalty. What should have been a straightforward process took nearly four months to fix, causing me significant stress and frustration. My case was complicated due to previous year's tax return being low, but Anand and Naveen (Regius staff) were really patient, understood my scenario and gave me a good estimate that I could validate. They were also very responsive throughout the process !
