Gary Swanberg in my opinion is a hack. Let me start off by saying I take partial responsibility for working with this incompetent and dishonest person a second time. My first experience, with what appears to be a one man show, was a late process service and very lame excuses. Luckily the judge excepted the late filing. Upon having to serve a subpoena, I could not get Gary to return my calls in a timely manner, respond to my emails in a timely manner (he says they went to spam). Gary Swanberg claims to have served a summons. But in fact, he never even came to our door. The fact is the front gate was padlocked, which made it impossible to come to the door. He lied to the attorney and perjured himself by signing a statement that I had been served. I never even spoke to the man. He's either totally corrupt, or too lazy to properly provide the service he was paid to do. There is no reason for this dishonesty. We were actually waiting to receive this summons.
