Extremely disappointed with the care my mother is receiving. Burns on residents back should not happen and the person responsible should be held accountable . Not enough done about it
No consistency here, they leave an elderly man in the shower for 10 minutes ( needs full support re personal care ) and not just shower but dressing also start the job but then go off. He's been in facility for 2 years travels in motorised chair to town regularly in taxi all to the knowledge of staff. Yet today I receive a call to advise he's gone to town in taxi and has booked return. Oh boy.... seriously.
