Get your act together ADARDS (Tasmania). Old signs regarding ‘signing in … ‘ (for Covid presumably) absent for a week so assumed there were no longer any restrictions! Escorted like a criminal out of the facility while being abused for ‘not complying’!! ALSO it seems ODD to be able to take our loved one out for a meal in the wider community and return her to the facility without her having to be tested (for Covid) but visitors must register and test before entering … which takes 20 minutes AND presenting at a different entra... read more
Dad moved into Regis Eastern Shore November 2021. We’d had reasonable experiences in larger facilities, but on the recommendation of a friend looked at and obtained a room with an ensuite at Regis. From day one noticed a significant difference. Management, office, nursing staff and carers, all provided a much more personalised and attentive service. Dad absolutely loves it, the staff genuinely care and look after him so well. We could not recommend this place any higher, fantastic.
A lovely nursing home with warm and caring staff. My brother is receiving excellent care and as a family we feel supported.
