Female staff on the floor are excellent. Management leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are overwhelmed because Management refuse to staff the floor adequately. Owners are greed and profit driven. Disgraceful.
My dad has been in Regis Sippy Downs since December last year. after having him in two other care places we we so relieved to find dad at last happy and settled. He loves his room were he can see gardens and grass as well as bird life. He loves the food and he loves his carers. Mum is also relieved that he is happy. Donna the lady who processed our initial application was absolutely fabulous. Toxic Culture by nursing staff who think ever time someone new starts feels threatened loosing there job.. .bad place to work.....Sippy Downs. .
My husband's father went into Regis April 2023 at age 96. He was very reluctant. Staff were excellent. Encouraging him to join in activities and meals. We live in SA and Donna or Stella provided us with updates on both his physical and mental well being. In the last few months before he passed away we couldn't have asked for better care for Dad. This facility is amazing. The care, compassion and patience of the care team is wonderful and the activities that they arrange are beyond expectations at times. No one wants their loved ones to have to go into care, but when it is time this is a place families can have confidence in. We are highly appreciative of all they do for our mum and us as family keeping us updated. Well done team Regis
