The nurses were lovely but not enough of them. My dad had at least two falls. Once we found him on the bathroom floor, no idea how long he had been there. He had previously been in the Regis Malvern which was great and very well managed
The chief nurse Coleman’s condition was incurable and this was the firstjhsdheardthis not from my dr I was upset ! I still have not heard from from her again or my dr Foodid inedible I I’ve n ice cream
