Relative, with poor sight in her 90s catches taxis from this facility, or when she is out, to my home- she exhibits challengeing behaviour eg standing on the road screaming in the dark and hitting out at people. She has caught taxis to her old address and knocked on neighbours doors, neighbours who no longer live at the address so someone she doesn't know opens the door. This facility is not managed with integrity. I had no idea that nursing homes pick and choose their residents. Wow, ok, learned something new! What's not ok is that no one told us for over three months that mum had been 'too difficult' and 'rang the button too much' while on respite there end of 2023. Rather, I was told at the time that further respite and a permanent placement were no issue only to be left high and dry now when trying to take up the offer. We’ve had my mother in law at Regis for close to three years and they’ve been nothing but wonderful. Nurses are very kind and front staff have always been great
Lovely clean facilities and very helpful caring staff.
Staff a very friendly and take care of resident well. The facility is always kept clean and tidy and handywork is always well maintained
