What a wonderful experience at Regis Redlynch this morning with the wonderful staff and red shirts have put on a fantastic mad hatters tea party for residents and friends...it's just fantastic how inclusive they are, I'm a regular contractor and always receive a warm welcome, but today they have proved without doubt what a pleasant and wonderful staff they are and we even have a Cheshire Cat, Alice herself! and Tweedle Dee and Dumb!! Feeling so privileged to be here with our Client.

SOME uncaring and unprofessional staff including Admin and Managers and this is for the home and care of elderly people? Some staff need to stop and think about how there incompetent and unprofessional attitude affects family that are only trying to do the right thing by the aged care process. Put yourselves in our shoes for once maybe.
