The staff were wonderful, they couldn’t do enough and nothing was an issue. My parents went to Port Stephens for respite care of 28 days, as we were awaiting a place in Regis Elermore Vale, Neen and her staff found a place in their aged care facility. They stayed at Port Stephens for 2 months. The staff always said hello whenever I walked pass. They made my parents feel at home, even if it was for a short time. On a daily basis I observe the dedicated and hard working care staff who take care of my dad in Regis Port Stevens, they are truly amazing. Our family since June 2023 have been given the reassurance that we made the right decision to admit dad into permanent care. Jill and Neen helped us make the decision to take this step with their professionalism, empathy and big hearts. Highly recommend Regis. Our aunty went into Regis for respite care. She took a turn for the worse and continued her stay as palliative care. Myself and my cousin live in Sydney and we were constantly being informed of our aunties progress. We can't fault any of the staff and nurses. Outstanding level of care and compassion to all residents. After or aunty passed away, we received flowers from Regis, which was beautiful.
