As the son of a resident at Regis Oxley (aged care), I am very disappointed and angry with the way the standard of food has dramatically deteriorated since my mother entered there. There has also been a noticeable drop in standard of foods since Regis bought out the facility from Rockpool recently. Regis Oxley is wonderful! The surrounds are peaceful and tastefully decorated, the rooms and main areas are clean and comfortable, there is kind caring and attentive staff, the residents are happy and smiling, the activities are varied and interesting, the food is excellent! I'm so happy we chose Oxley Regis for my father!

I cannot tell how they run this place, but if my phone call to enquirer about putting my dad into permenent care is any indication then I am happy he is not going there. When the lady rang me back to explain what the process is and cost she was very nice until I told her that my dad owned his own house but I had been living with him taking care of him for 22 years her whole attitude changed. She told me that it would cost $650;000 with a $300;000 down payment. That’s for a self funded person and 85% of a government assisted ... read more
