Nice place, good housekeeping and good healthcare but food is poor and dining room service usually very poor. Eyewatering fees for substandard food and service is not acceptable. Especially for elderly frail people. Other places excel in this area... massive improvements needed. Management and staff very well aware of issues but do nothing. The food remains dreadful. Deterioration since Regis ownership took over from Rockpool is profound and lamentable. Widely held view among residents and families.
I have been involved with the dementia wing of the Oxley Regis for the past 4 weeks as my wife has a placement there.In this time I have found the management and their staff to be extremely courteous helpful and compassionate. I have been present at several meal times and can honestly say I was very impressed with the amount and quality of the food that was served.This facility has gone way above my expectations and I can only thank everybody that has made this so lovely for my wife but also gives me great peace of mind that... read more

Today was fantastic! Yvonne and her team from Oxley Regis Lifestyle Department organised a combined choir from Regis facilities to sing some great songs together. Everyone looked like they were having a joyous and fun time. I was lucky to be able to watch the whole concert from Melbourne via video. Well done to all the residents who sang in the choir and a huge thank you to Yvonne for making it such a great day.
