Love this place.
My Dad moved into Regis at Lutwyche in August, 2025. Due to his health, he was only there for about 6 weeks. During that time, the staff at Lutwyche were absolutely amazing. Regis provided as much support as they could and the support constantly changed as his health deteriorated. We are very thankful that Dad's last days were made easier by the staff that helped him keep his respect and dignity.
Staff welfare should be taken cared of as I too have heard lot of experienced staffs burning out due to heavy work load and resigned as well as residents not getting proper care due to staff shortages everyday over the past few months and when enquire about our residents not been given timely care the problem is with less working staffs and heavy work loads
