The staff provide a high level of compassion, care and support. However, the main manager is woefully inhumane in care, respect and knowledge of people centred practice. The other facilities manager is very good and kind.
Love this place.
My Dad moved into Regis at Lutwyche in August, 2025. Due to his health, he was only there for about 6 weeks. During that time, the staff at Lutwyche were absolutely amazing. Regis provided as much support as they could and the support constantly changed as his health deteriorated. We are very thankful that Dad's last days were made easier by the staff that helped him keep his respect and dignity.
