Terrible. Rooms look like dog kennels. You neglected my dad, he fell out of the bed a few times and you delayed getting bed rails. When I asked if he could stay for the full respite period, in order for us to renovate downstairs for him to safely return, you were shocked and said no, only if we could guarantee he would be a full time resident. It’s taken me a year to write this, because his mobility stopped once he did 8 weeks of respite at your place. I thought he’d get better but he hasn’t. You need to be better.

My mum had been in this aged care facility for 6 years and only passed away 3 days ago. She had a bad fall , 3 months ago and was in hospital for 4 1/2 weeks before coming back to the facility. Mum was independent before her fall at nearly 96 years of age. Her needs changed very quickly where she was pretty much bedridden. Staff were brilliant in her care moving forward. my darling wife.of 30 years ,has now been in residence foor 2years,realy finds this establishment,lovely ,friendly staff ausome.and recons it is the bestplace ever,no complaints in 2 years

We moved my Dad into Regis Greenbank 5 weeks ago after looking after him at home became too much for my mother, brother and I. The staff have all been so wonderful and supportive. Dad is very well looked after and we can visit him as often as we want.
