My mum had been in this aged care facility for 6 years and only passed away 3 days ago. She had a bad fall , 3 months ago and was in hospital for 4 1/2 weeks before coming back to the facility. Mum was independent before her fall at nearly 96 years of age. Her needs changed very quickly where she was pretty much bedridden. Staff were brilliant in her care moving forward. We moved my Dad into Regis Greenbank 5 weeks ago after looking after him at home became too much for my mother, brother and I. The staff have all been so wonderful and supportive. Dad is very well looked after and we can visit him as often as we want.
