good work and good service
I have found all staff caring and understanding. They have also been willing to answer the many questions that I had. Dad has only been there for a month now but the staff have done there very best to make him feel at home even when he gets confused with his dementia.
I just wanted to say thankyou so much to all the staff at Regis Gatton who have helped to look after my Mum, Greta Vickers, over the last few years. We could always sleep easy knowing she was getting the best care possible and she was safe and cared for. I know she got a little difficult towards the end and I hope anyone she lashed out at wasn't hurt too badly. A real treat!! I was taken on a personalised tour of the kitchen and other utility spaces in our beautiful facility, courtesy of one our caring staff, to make me feel more at home. It was lovely to, now, have a visual idea of 'our home'. I was very impressed!!
