We cannot thank Regis Frankston enough for the care they showed John while he was in respite for 4 weeks. Justine, Rebecca & all Carers along with dining room staff, you all made John’s stay go well. Your contact with me when needed was excellent & if l needed to make contact with you , your response we very good. I would not hesitate to recommend Regis Frankston to anyone needing long term care or respite care. Sandra Harris

The smell of urine as soon as you walk through the door is absolutely disgusting, my nose felt burnt with the smell, needs a thorough disinfectant throughout the whole place, just awful. Needs a health audit!! And the room with the recliners, was heartbreaking, elderly lying in the dark with a blanket, no open window to allow in fresh air & the stench of urine out, appalling. How is this a healthy environment!! Place had no one manning desk, security poor.

Incredible staff and facilities to look after your loved ones. It was the best aged care facility to look after our loved family member.

There are some really nasty comments people have written, and you have to wonder what their agenda is. We cannot recommend Regis At Frankston enough and cannot thank the wonderful staff (all of them), for their wonderful efforts in looking after my mother in law, whom passed away yesterday. She had the most incredible care from start to the end, and all staff were completely respectful and so caring which made this heartbreaking situation a bit easier to deal with.
