Thank you to the beautiful staff at Regis who looked after my nan LOIS OLDHAM for the last month the ones that went out of there way to make sure my nan was looked after But due to negligence and no duty of care my nan Was unwell on thursday and she was not seen by the Dr and staff did not call an ambulance straight away when my nan was vomiting and having trouble breathing. Instead of calling the on call doctor , regis staff decided to Emailing the dr instead which is unacceptable especially as she needed to be seen urgentl... read more
My wife (Virginia) and I would highly recommend Regis in all areas of care and support shown to us and our Mum. The transition into Aged Care has been alot less stressful than we anticipated. Thankyou to all staff and Management. Virginia & Paul.

One star for the building itself. 0 stars for the rest. This place has gone downhill and a nice building just doesn’t cut it. Our loved ones deserve better.
