Best aged care facility in Newy, their staff is pretty professional yet chill and cool. Residents are taken care to the utmost details. I really commend their staff especially cleaners, AINs and management, they're really putting compassionate efforts to the best of care for everyone.
Thank you to the beautiful staff at Regis who looked after my nan LOIS OLDHAM for the last month the ones that went out of there way to make sure my nan was looked after But due to negligence and no duty of care my nan Was unwell on thursday and she was not seen by the Dr and staff did not call an ambulance straight away when my nan was vomiting and having trouble breathing. Instead of calling the on call doctor , regis staff decided to Emailing the dr instead which is unacceptable especially as she needed to be seen urgentl... read more
